Albums
Note: For best results, use the album preload button when creating a new album page.
- Album Template – Use the {{Album}} template and fill in the appropriate fields.
- Short Summary – Must include the album's name, type (first studio album, second live album, ect.) and release date.
- Background – Talk about the process of the album.
- Track Listing – Use the {{Tracklist}} template and fill in the appropriate fields.
- Personnel – Add the personnel for the album.
- Gallery – Use the tabs section here, add media of behind the scenes, alternative covers, CDs, vinyls, cassettes, ect. When adding vinyl colors, include both the mock-ups and the final look. See this as an example.
- Tours – If there were any tours for the album.
- Trivia – If there's any trivia about the album.
- External Links – Where you can stream/listen to the song using the {{External link}} template.
- Release History – If the album had a physical release, use discogs.com, create a table and fill in the appropriate fields.
- Navigation – Use the {{Album guide}} template.
- References – Use the {{References}} template.[Note 1]
- Notes – If needed, add the syntax

Songs
Note: For best results, use the song preload button when creating a new song page.
- Song Template – Use the {{Song}} template and fill in the appropriate fields.
- Short Summary – Add a short summary of the song here, including the song's name. If on an album, the chronological order of the song on the tracklist. And if it's a single, include which numbered single it is. See here for an example.
- Background – The background should go into detail about the song, the process of making it, the process of releasing it.
- Song Meaning – If there's know information about the song's meaning.
- Track Listing – If the song is a single and the release includes more than just one song, use the {{Tracklist2}} template.
- Gallery – If there's related photos about the song.
- Trivia – If there's trivia about the song.
- External Links – Where you can stream/listen to the song using the {{External link}} template.
- Release History – If the song was physically released, use discogs.com, create a table and fill in the appropriate fields.
- Navigation – If the song is on an album or is a single/promotional single, use the corresponding navbox template.
- References – Use the {{References}} template.[Note 1]
- Notes – If needed, add the syntax

Tours
Note: For best results, use the tour preload button when creating a new tour page.
- Tour Template – Use the {{Tour}} template and fill in the appropriate fields.
- Short Summary – Add a short summary about the tour.
- Background – The background should cover any information about the tour.
- Setlist – Use a numbered list to write out the songs performed in order of them being performed and include which songs were part of an encore. If there are more than one standard setlist for the tour, use headers to differentiate between the different setlists.
- Shows – The shows are usually located at a sub-page of the tour.
- Gallery – If there's related photos about the tour.
- Trivia – If there's trivia about the tour.
- Navigation – Use the {{Tour guide}} template.
- References – Use the {{References}} template.[Note 1]
- Notes – If needed, add the syntax

- Naming – When naming files, make the name be related to the file and not something like "
