Josh wore this mask during 1997 to 1998
- He had long (brown) hair when he wore it
- He wore the mask during one photoshoot before the recording of the Self-Titled album
- He also wore the mask for just the photoshoot for the album cover (photographed by Stefan Seskis), and the band photoshopped purple hair onto him
James inherited the mask when he joined in 1999
- He had purple hair when he wore it!
- He wore it during a photoshoot for the inside of the self-titled booklet (photographed by Dean Karr)
- He also wore the mask during one show

Brandon wore this mask during only one live show (on August 15, 1998)
- He never did a photoshoot with the band
Chris inherited the mask when he joined the band in 1998
- He wore the mask for every photo for the self-titled album, except for the cover inwhich he was photoshopped onto

Joey wore this mask during a show back in 1997, which was Corey's second show and Anders' last.
Sid inherited the mask from joey when he joined in 1998
